The classical styling and comfort of our Padabout slipper makes it a first choice of many buyers. It is manufactured from premium grade double face sheepskin pelts that have been tanned to perfection. The soft wool fibres of natural sheepskin are highly breathable and act as a natural insulator to keep your feet warm, dry and comfortable. Thick shearling wool inside moulds to the shape of your foot creating natural arch support. For added strength and durability we have added an additional suede heel reinforcer cut extra thick for additional support. The EVA sole is lightweight yet provides traction and durability. The Padabout slipper allows you the exquisite feeling of wearing your favourite pair of thick socks with the additional cosiness of being surrounded by plush genuine sheepskin. Who could ask for more!
Features:
- Plush, premium quality, pure twin face sheepskin. Supple suede leather on the outside and cosy fleece on the inside provides cushioning and insulation.
- Your old insoles can easily be replaced with a plush new pair of Sheepskin Inner Soles.
- Reinforced with cowhide at heel to add strength and hold shape.
- The tough EVA sole gives excellent traction and durability and is suitable for both indoor and light outdoor use.

Caring for your Sheepskin Slippers:
We have posted some helpful hints on Sheepskin Care to help you maintain your sheepskin investment.
As a preventative measure we recommend spraying the outwards facing skin with our Stain & Water Repellent. Treated sheepskin is a lot more water and stain resistant than non treated sheepskin and consequently water and dirt will have less of a chance of sticking. We recommend the application of our Stain and Water Repellent while the item is still new and unmarked. This will form a protective layer on the skin and assist in the prevention of stains caused by water and the odd accident. It will also help prevent mildew forming. For best results it should be re-applied every 3 months and after washing.

They're a dream
I am very happy with how cozy and warm they keep my feet. I wear them all the time at home. After more than a month of wearing them, they don't smell at all, and went from having no wriggle room to being the perfect fit. One thing that disappointed me: On the site it said the insoles were replaceable, leading me to believe the insoles could be removed. I sent in an inquiry, but no answer. I bought them anyway and discovered the insoles were firmly in place. It's a shame, because I chose these over other styles with an eco-conscious goal: to just replace the insoles instead of the whole slipper. Seems bit weird to put a new insole on top of matted wool that's been shaped by your foot.

Wearing Padabouts for 20 years
I love, love, love my Padabout slippers and have been ordering them for 20 years or more!! They are not only comfy but they are durable last for a long time. I wear them inside and outside with no problem of them being damaged by wet ground once they have the protective spray on them. Often I will purchase the sole liner which expands their lifetime. I also buy them as gifts for family and friends and everyone loves them too.

THIS IS THE FOURTH PAIR OF SLIPPERS I HAVE BOUGHT FROM MIWOOLLIES. I BOUGHT THE PADABOUT IN LILAC. THEY ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL COLOUR OF THE JACARANDA FLOWER AND THE SHEEPSKIN CUFF AROUND THE ANKLE KEEPS YOU WARMER IN WINTER AS IT FITS SLIGHTLY HIGHER. I SPRAY EACH PAIR WITH WATERPROOF REPELLANT AND DRY THEM FOR A DAY BEFORE WEARING AND IT KEEPS THEM CLEAN, AND WEARING THEM OUTSIDE IN WET GRASS IS NO PROBLEM, DUE TO THE DURABLE SOLE. WAITING FOR THEM TO MAKE THE SCUFF IN THE LILAC ALSO. PUTTING ON THE PADABOUTS IS LIKE PUTTING YOUR FEET INTO A WARM HUG. BLISS !.
